We've brought in three great novelty developer notes that are a key element of RF Online!

As we look forward to it, please check out the information:

Reworked EXP rate system;
Bonus exp potion now works properly;
Hidden Elven level reqs 55 -> 53 level;
Fixed issues with movement/tp;
Fixed Pvp Cash limits on 65+ Lv;
Fixed recovery potion desc;
Fixed Illusion Pyramids loot on Novazan Map;
Fixed Premium Items removes on logout;
Fixed bug when possible equip shield with other weapon;
Fixed teleport to map higher than character level;
Fixed gaining exp from monster on map higher than character level;
Added recovery potion (rec : %) info;
Added limits for voters (election);
Removed UTS pager;
Removed some items from cash shop;
Several fixes;
