We've brought in three great novelty developer notes that are a key element of RF Online!

Fixed Tooltip Display some talics info;
Fixed npc quest reward Lv_34 Virus block attempt (acc);
Fixed quest desc (NC-5985 -> NC-2341);
Fixed ammo (fire & ice) for gun;
Fixed bug when after disconnect server can't login to character again;
