Update has been aplied to server, just make a restart to see a correct price.

- Fixed Varassa PB's (3 races).
- Fixed issues with some monster (without textures or not selectable missing bone).
- Fixed issues with some items (critical errors or without textures).
- Fixed HERO NPC Store, now available all parts of armor.
- Fixed Sette NPC, added Amulets and Rings for all races.
- Fixed some errors with desc on ru-ru locale.
- Fixed monster effects problem.
- Fixed MINI-MAP for Hidden Land of Elf (incorrect position).
- Minor fixes.
