Please Help, Keyboard Shortcut not functioning

So, i installed the game, and it works fine, until i found out that i can't change it to "Keyboard Mode" so i use the mouse mode, but i only can chat and loot item from my keyboard, the rest is shown by "Shortcut NULL" admin, do you have any solution for this ? Please Help. Thank you;
