About Elan "relic" weapon...

I am recommending to improve the chance of elan "relic" debuff to pvp-weapon chance. And some of buffs/debuffs were not working (like hammer of doom it should give 50 accuracy; 48 yellow axe with fast attack which isnt working too) could be used to debuff your enemy with punisher's blow for example. It will be more fun to play with semi relic weapon on cw :Dirol:

Don't think relics will make a difference.... At least not the normal ones, edited lv 70 pvp weapons/relics/leons would be nice tough.

Also bring back favor/keen exchange at talic npc, we want leon stuff xD
