Is level 53 bugged or something? i have failed 20 times at "10%" chance and 5 times at "20%" chance .... so if you think about it thats 300% chance... and fail

Yes it does that by default, i added it to my antiviruses excempt list and it works fine now

ACC is plenty strong if you only stopped runnning and trying putting up a fight... i see so amny ACCs turn tail and run so quick makes my head spin.... ACC has the highest ceiling of any of the races if played well....
